Who we are
Five Star Auto Repair (also 5-Star Auto Repair, 5 Star Auto, and Five Star Automotive) is a family owned and operated shop at 5334 Mile Stretch Dr, Holiday, FL 34690. Owner Andrew Cahill. Phone 727-942-2733. Email fivestarauto86@gmail.com. One address on Mile Stretch Drive. No second storefront.
What we collect
We collect a name, phone number, email address, vehicle, and repair notes. That comes in from this website (the appointment form and any message you send), from phone calls to 727-942-2733, from ShopMonkey (the system the bays use to write up a job), and from SMS. If you only leave a first name and a plate, that is what we have. We do not buy lists. We do not scrape neighbors’ numbers off the internet to text them.
How we use it
We use it to call you back, schedule the car, write the repair, send a status or a recap, and keep the shop record straight. Photos of a job can go to the email you gave us. We do not use your number to sell you a Care Plan or a product we do not offer. Financing talk, when you ask, is Sunbit and Affirm at the counter — not a checkout on this site.
Text messages (SMS terms)
We send service and call-related texts, including appointment reminders and recaps of what we talked about on the phone. This is the shop on Mile Stretch, not a blast list. Customers opt in and opt out by text.
- Reply STOP to opt out. After STOP we will not text that number for shop messages unless you opt in again.
- Reply START or YES to opt in.

- Message frequency varies. Some jobs are one recap; some are a few status texts.
- Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to text is not required to have the car repaired. You can always call the shop instead.
We do not sell your number
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Your number is for this Holiday shop to reach you about your vehicle — not for someone else to pitch tires or a warranty.
Vendors that help run the shop
Website hosting, ShopMonkey, and Twilio (voice and SMS) may process the same kinds of information so the site stays up, the write-up stays in the bay system, and a call or text can go through. They get it only to run those tools — not to market their own products to you through us. This site does not run an advertising pixel. The contact page loads a Google Map from Google when you open it. The host may keep ordinary server logs (such as an IP address and the page requested).
Review or delete your information
Call 727-942-2733 or email fivestarauto86@gmail.com and ask Andrew or the desk to look up what we have, correct it, or delete what the shop does not need to keep for the repair record. Identify the phone number or the vehicle so we are not guessing which Holiday customer you are.
