We load-test the battery and check charging output. If the battery is the problem, we replace it. If the alternator or a cable is the problem, that is a different page of work — see electrical / starters and alternators.
When to come in
Clicking, dim lights after a short trip, or a car that sat through a Florida afternoon and will not restart. Same-day replacement is possible when the battery is in stock. Pickup and delivery are available if the car will not move.

If it clicked in a Tarpon Springs lot this morning, we can often pick it up. The replacement still happens in Holiday. Customers coming up U.S. 19 from Palm Harbor still come to this Holiday shop — we do not have a Palm Harbor location. Titles stay “in Holiday, FL” because that is where the shop is.
